{"id":426,"date":"2019-03-04T21:42:24","date_gmt":"2019-03-04T21:42:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iuliu.sancraian.ro\/?page_id=426"},"modified":"2019-03-04T21:42:24","modified_gmt":"2019-03-04T21:42:24","slug":"manualul-timonierului","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/iuliu.sancraian.ro\/index.php\/manualul-timonierului\/","title":{"rendered":"Manualul timonierului"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siguran\u0163a naviga\u0163iei pe mare constituie\npreocuparea perma-nent\u0103 a IMO, armatorilor, a tuturor celor implica\u0163i \u00een\ntransportul maritim, aceasta concretiz\u00e2ndu-se \u00een modernizarea tehnicii de\nnaviga\u0163ie, dar \u015fi \u00een perfec\u0163ionarea preg\u0103tirii de specialitate a personalului\nnavigant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lucrarea se adreseaz\u0103 tinerilor care inten\u0163ioneaz\u0103 s\u0103-\u015fi \u00eensu\u015feasc\u0103 tainele profesiei de timonier, dar \u015fi studen\u0163ilor din institu\u0163iile de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt de marin\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Structura lucr\u0103rii a fost conceput\u0103 astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 cuprind\u0103 esen\u0163a cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor teoretice \u015fi priceperilor pe care trebuie s\u0103 le aib\u0103 un bun timonier. \u00centr-o propor\u0163ie \u00eensemnat\u0103, structura lucr\u0103rii urmeaz\u0103 prevederile STCW Manila 2010 \u00a0privind competen\u021bele timonierului \u0219i marinarului de punte. De aceea am considerat c\u0103 aceste cuno\u015ftin\u0163e trebuie s\u0103 vizeze atingerea urm\u0103toarelor obiective: \u00eensu\u015firea responsabilit\u0103\u0163ilor care revin timonierului de cart, cunoa\u015fterea navei \u015fi a instala\u0163iilor de punte de la bordul acesteia, cunoa\u015fterea instala\u0163iilor \u015fi mijloacelor de vitalitate, precum \u015fi modul de ac\u0163iune la semnalele de alarm\u0103 care se dau la bordul navei, \u00een\u0163elegerea modului de orientare pe mare \u015fi conducerea navei \u00een siguran\u0163\u0103, cunoa\u015fterea destina\u0163iei \u015fi construc\u0163iei instrumentelor, echipa-mentelor, aparaturii electrice necesare \u0163inerii naviga\u0163iei, \u00een\u0163elegerea modului de construc\u0163ie \u015fi func\u0163ionare a instala\u0163iei de guvernare, precum \u015fi a modului\u00a0 \u00een care trebuie s\u0103 ac\u0163ioneze timonierul pentru a executa comenzile date de c\u0103tre ofi\u0163erul de cart pe puntea de comand\u0103, cunoa\u015fterea luminilor de naviga\u0163ie \u0219i semnelor purtate sau semnalelor date de nav\u0103 \u00een diferite situa\u0163ii, cunoa\u015fterea codului interna\u0163ional de semnale, \u00eensu\u015firea prevederilor conven\u0163iilor interna\u0163ionale \u015fi a legisla\u0163iei na\u0163ionale privitoare la profesia de marinar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a href=\"https:\/\/iuliu.sancraian.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/TimonCuprins.pdf\">Cuprins Manualul Timonierului<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/iuliu.sancraian.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/TimonCuprins.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button\" download>Download<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siguran\u0163a naviga\u0163iei pe mare constituie preocuparea perma-nent\u0103 a IMO, armatorilor, a tuturor celor implica\u0163i \u00een transportul maritim, aceasta concretiz\u00e2ndu-se \u00een modernizarea tehnicii de naviga\u0163ie, dar \u015fi \u00een perfec\u0163ionarea preg\u0103tirii de specialitate a personalului navigant.
